Hi there, I'm Prakriti.

I'm an industrial designer with a strong visual practice, based in India. My work moves across products, systems, CMF, and communication, grounded in human behavior, shaped by material thinking, and pulled toward clarity.

I studied Leather Design at NIFT Delhi, where craft and form first taught me to take materials seriously. Then Product Design at NID Ahmedabad, where I moved into systems thinking, assistive design, and the harder questions around inclusion. Running alongside both has been a consistent freelance practice in brand, editorial, and visual systems, one that keeps me equally comfortable in physical and visual worlds.

Outside of design I'm:

• Collecting objects, references, and small finds from flea markets or everyday life
• Painting, writing, and making things slowly by hand
• Exploring photography, visual storytelling, and documenting what feels worth keeping
• Building personal spaces online to archive what I'm noticing, making, and returning to
